This site collects only what we need to fill your order.

What you send us

When you order, we receive your product, imprint style, imprint text, quantity, name, reply email, Ship To address, any logo you upload, and the proof image you approve. Your proof is built in your browser; nothing is sent until you approve it and press Approve proof & send order.

How it is used

Your order is emailed to Bag of Bones at sales@bagofbones.us so our customer service department can fulfill it and send your invoice. Replies come from that address. We don’t sell your information, add you to a mailing list, or use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

An approved proof that is not sent as an order is deleted after 24 hours.
The website keeps a copy of a submitted proof and logo for 30 days, then deletes the artwork.
After that, the website keeps only a minimal order record: reference, date, product, style, quantity, and delivery status. It does not keep your artwork, text, contact details, or shipping address.
The order email in our inbox is our continuing production record, kept as part of normal business records.

Spam protection and hosting

The order form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is submitting it. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver it. Our server logs do not record your imprint text, logo, or email address.
